Itera-Katusha finished 3rd in TTT at first stage of Czech Cycling Tour.

Today, in Czech was held first stage of 2.2 UCI race Czech Cycling Tour – TTT for 25,9 km. Russian continental team Itera-Katusha showed a very good result and finished 3rd with just 23 seconds behind of the winner – Whirlpool-Author and with just 5 second later of the second team – Endura Racing.

- I think, we can be happy today. We have just 5 riders instead of 7 riders as in Whirlpool and Endura Racing. So, we did a very good result in these conditions. I think it was possible thanks to a strong work during the training camp and Russian Road Championships. Now we will fight for some victories in next stages, – said Alexei SHCHEBELIN, sports director of Itera-Katusha.
