This week Katusha has appealed to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) in Lausanne against the decision of the UCI License Commission to reject Katusha Team 2013 World Tour license registration.

Russian Team Katusha continues to regard the decision of the License Commission as unacceptable and unfair and now refrains from any official comments on the process not to interfere and let the court make an objective and balanced decision.
