ITERA-Katusha’ rider Maxim Pokidov finished 2nd in the last, fifth stage of Grand Prix of Adygeya – 120 km around of Gaverdovskiy.
The stage has finalized with the bunch sprint, won by Mamys Stash from Helicopters, who outsprinted Maxim Pokidov and Igor Boev from Rusvelo.
Andriy Khripta from Kolss became the overall winner of Grand Prix of Adygeya. Second place took Vitaliy Popkov from ISD Continental Team (+0.44), while Ilnur Zakarin from Rusvelo completed the final podium (+0.55).
Maxim Pokidov missed the final podium, placing at fourth place with +1.19 behind the winner. As the result of Grand Prix of Adygeya, Pokidov took 29 ranking points for ITERA-Katusha in Grand Prix of Adygeya. Besides, Pokidov won the final point classification.
Another ITERA-Katusha’ rider Kirill Egorov finished 9th in general classification of the race.
5th place in final classification took Ildar Arslanov from Russian youth team TeamRussia 21. This is big success for young rider.
