- continental team Itera-Katusha reaches 4th place in the UCI Europe Tour team’s ranking for the first time.
- 25 May 2012:
- for the first time in its history, continental team Itera-Katusha entered in Top-3 of the best European teams, reaching 3rd place in the UCI Europe Tour team ranking.
- 12 June 2012:
- Ilnur Zakarin for the first time in his career and in the history of Itera-Katusha continental team won 5th stage of Giro Ciclistico d’Italia and took the pink jersey for 3 days.
- 23 June 2012:
- Anton Vorobyev in debut took double victory at Under 23 Russian Road Championships – 21st June he won Under 23 ITT, while 23rd June he took a title in Under 23 road race.
- 22 July 2012 –
- Sergei Chernetckii for the first time in his career won 6th stage of prestigious Giro Valle d’Aosta, becoming vice-champion of the race in final general classification.
- 1 August 2012 –
- Anton Vorobyev, Viacheslav Kuznetsov and Ilnur Zakarin became official trainees of World Tour Katusha Team.
- 1 September 2012 –
- Sergey Pomoshnikov brought to Itera-Katusha debut stage victory at Tour de l’Avenir – he won the final, 6th stage of the race.
- 17 September 2012 –
- Itera-Katusha’s rider Anton Vorobyev became world champion – he won gold medal in Under 23 individual time trial of the UCI World Road Championships in Holland. It was first Russian gold medal in Under 23 category since 2005.

- 26 January 2011:
- Official presentation of all 4 teams of the Russian Global Cycling Project: World Tour Katusha Team, continental team Itera-Katusha, youth team Itera-Katusha Under 23 and youth team Itera-Katusha Under 21 takes place at MGK ITERA headquarters in Moscow, Russia. Prior to the team presentation, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin meets with riders of Katusha Team.
During the presentation of Continental team Itera-Katusha for 2011 20 riders were presented:

- Continental team Itera-Katusha achieved 1st place ranking among all UCI continental teams in Europe. Itera-Katusha reached 10th place in the UCI Europe Tour team.
- 16 October 2011:
- Continental team Itera-Katusha concluded the 2011 season with a 1st place ranking among all UCI continental team in Europe, and finished 10th in the UCI Europe Tour team classification. During the season Itera-Katusha scored 29 victories, 22 second and 20 third places in the UCI races.

- Russian continental team Itera-Katusha presented in Bedizzole, Italy. 2010 team roster consists of 17 riders: Mikhail Antonov, Arkimedes Arguelyes, Petr Ignatenko, Dmitriy Ignatyev, Alexander Kholodov, Dmitriy Kosyakov, Viacheslav Kuznetsov, Roman Maykin, Alexander Mironov, Nikita Novikov, Evgeny Popov, Alexander Porsev, Sergey Rudaskov, Andrei Solomennikov, Stanislav Starodubtsev, Stanislav Volkov and Pavel Ptashkin.
- 27 February 2010:
- Continental team Itera-Katusha starts its first ever official race / GP dell’Insubria–Lugano in Switzerland.
- 16 March 2010:
- Russian rider Alexander Mironov wins first ever UCI race of Itera-Katusha, in one-day race Trofeo Franco Balestra, in Brescia, Italy.
- 29 August 2010:
- For the first time in the history of cycling, a Russian rider, Petr Ignatenko from continental team Itera-Katusha won final general classification of prestigious international stage race Giro Valle d’Aosta in Italy.
- 22 October 2010:
- continental team Itera-Katusha was ranked 17th in the UCI Europe Tour final team’s classification and 4th in the European ranking of UCI continental teams. Itera-Katusha continental team took 17 victories, 17 second places and 10 third places in UCI races.

2008
- Spring–Summer 2008:
- Igor Makarov, head of the Board of Directors of MGK ITERA, supported by Alexey Miller, president of the Board of Directors of Gazprom, and Sergey Chemezov, general director of Rostechnology, create Russian Global Cycling Project, a concept based on implementing sweeping change & strong development of Russian cycling.
- Summer 2008:
- Preliminary organization and registration of the first ever Russian Pro Tour cycling team: initial phase of Russian Global Cycling Project.
- 16 June 2008:
- Initial announcement about creation of first Russian Pro Tour cycling team: KATUSHA.
