Slawomir Blaszczyk is an experienced specialist in the field of cycling, since 2012 he is the Executive Manager of Katusha Team. Slawomir began his cycling career as an amateur rider, then became a certified physiotherapist and then the administrator of a professional team. His high performance and accurate planning, together with the much accumulated experience has allowed Slawomir to provide his excellent administrative work in Katusha Team during the last two years. During his third season in the Russian team, Slawomir Blaszczyk sees his main challenge as continuing to improve his professional team management skills.
